I suggest you get the warranty just case you drop them. Mine fell on the metal water faucet at the gym and it didn't turn out well. Also, the top bar of the headphones slide off my head, only after hours at the gym. Which is the only reason I didn't give this item 5 stars. Other than that, its definitely worth it.
