Nice speakers love the sound. I use it for cook outs and indoor use. I bought 2 thinking the sound would be a lot better but still this day I have only used one. No,need for 2. The sounds is fine with just one.

So I just bought this speaker. An I have to say the sound as in clarity and deep low bass notes sound so good. I definitely like the strobe effects and also the rgb lighting very happy with.

I was looking for a loudspeaker that I could use for listening to music inside outside we’re connected to my outdoor theater screen. This works awesome for all of them. Loud rich sound, I have no complaints.

We use this on our patio when we're hanging outside. Sounds is great & we can get a lot more robust sound that our boss minilink speaker (duh, it's a lot bigger than that little guy. No knock on our bose, just different speakers for diiferent uses.) I haven't tried linking with another one. Nor have I tried to hook up to TV-that's next, but we're excited! But on our approx 200 sq ft patio it works great. We usually turn the lights off, on one color or slowly transition from one to another.

Bass gives speaker a great sound, handles on both sides makes it easy to transport, excellent quality sound.

I've been living with these speakers (I have two) for about 2 months at this point, and they're just okay. Yes, every time I have my friends over, they're amazed with how insanely loud they can get and love watching the cool lighting effects, but as an audiophile, I'm not impressed. There's no way to fine tune the sound. The app (that you must download in order to use bluetooth with the speaker) offers little help. There's a bass boosting option that comes as the default for the speakers out of the box, but without the "bass boost" the speakers sound shallow and bland. So basically, you have to keep their bass boosting option on. There's a few other presets they have in the app for different types of music, but they offer minimal help. As I mentioned, I have two of these speakers, and I was more impressed with them when I only had one. When you connect another speaker to your original one using their party chain feature, it no longer allows you to connect the new speaker to you phone, which means that you can't control it from the app. The only way to control your second speaker is through the remote they give you. The only time this really becomes a problem is when you play around with the lighting features (which are pretty cool). There's only two different lighting presets on the remote, but within the app, there are many more. Another thing to note. The second speaker will occasionally go out of sync with the first one, which means you'll have to reset the party chain function and re connect them. Not hard, just annoying. Now for the good: They are incredibly loud. If you host parties in your home, even one of these speakers will light up your entire house with noise. Even while staying at a high volume, they still sound very nice. They also have built in lighting features that you can change within your app that can really enhance the mood that you are trying to convey. Overall: Originally, I was very pleased with my purchase of my first speaker. For $350, it's a pretty nifty speaker that will definitely impress your friends. If I still had just one, I probably would've given this speaker 4 stars. However, if you're looking at buying more than one, you might want to look elsewhere. The functionality of more than one just causes too many problems for me to give both of them 4 stars. Luckily, I got both of these on sale for only $279 each. If I had spent $700 on them, I would be quite upset. But for around $550, I guess they're not too bad. Definitely a cool edition to your man cave. Would still recommend to a friend, but ONLY IF they're only buying one.

The sound quality is good and the “extra bass” or whatever it’s called is good. The lights are nice too.

Sounds great looks good and is loud and works well in and out doors .can hook up as many as ya want cuz has its own amp per speaker. Great outside for partys weddings etc..great buy for the money

I had bought a previous speaker before at Best Buy to bring some music to my little nephew's birthday. All the kids had a lot of fun because the music filled the place and the lights were fun to watch. So, I had no doubts to buy my second Sony speaker to ambience a friend's quinceañera. Same results, people thought I was a DJ, they were giving me requests of music. I'm so satisfied with my purchase of the speaker. Thanks Best Buy for selling these good speakers.

My teens bought this with his Christms money and I'm really impressed by the excellent sound quality. It is almost as if a whole sound system in in this one piece portable speaker!

Bought this speaker as a gift for my granddaughter and she absolutely loves it! She was so excited, she decided she would DJ our Christmas gathering. However, her mother got to it first and was so fascinated with the sound and lights, that she took over the role of DJ in charge and now wants to borrow the speaker for a party she is attending. Guess I know what the next gift for my daughter will be! This is one of my happiest purchases yet!

Although it can not be used with batteries to be truly mobile, this wireless speaker is great for streaming from the phone and has excellent quality sound and bass.
