A lot of feedback while on airplane when in wired. Also bass mode and sound not as good as Beats wireless studio headphones

I had ordered this item on Black Friday and it has already been about two weeks. Never buying from Best Buy again.

I kind of wish I would have shelled out the extra money to purchase a bose headset

They fell and broke way too easy and now I am out a headset. I would think they would be stronger.

It is difficult to figure out how to use this. I miss having directions that explain how to turn it on and off.

Did not have a promised feature so I exchanged it for one that did.

I really didn’t like them at all I was expecting some great bass but all it did was make my ears vibrate

They were poor quality and seem like it has extra weight to make it seem like it's good quality. I've bought cheaper headphones with better quality like skull candy. The one I bought stopped working in a few days. I got it replaced and they work ok. If you got the money to burn sure go buy it. Ill rather get a Bose headphones, better quality.

Extra bass is to much. No way to balance extra bass. Product itself is heavier than I would like.

I haven't had any success in connecting this headset with any of my devices.

It was pricey even after a discount. It does not work well either.

Not worth the money. Not much better than my less expensive headphones

To Bulky, I like smaller ones cause I'm a girl and they were just to Bulky

These are my favorite headsets but they break extremely easily.

Sound quality average. Battery life is decent. Little on a bulky side.

This is not my first Sony Headphones. But my God have they changed! Very impressed right off the bat with the packaging, and presentation. They feel and look very durable and well made. They are very light but so comfortable on your ears and head. I am a gamer so I use headphones on a daily basis and I wont mention the company that I am currently using but its a very expensive brand and after an hour they become so uncomfortable, almost painful. When it comes to these Sony its a completely different story! I had them on for a couple of hours just to see if they start to get uncomfortable and they did not. Felt great and sounded great. Also no issues at all with getting phone calls on them as I tested them and sounded clear both ways. My wife used them for exercise, light jog and walk and she said they did sounded awesome and she did not have to adjust them at all, they stayed/fit perfect, so no annoying adjustments every few minutes due to jogging etc. She also loved the chrome/silver look on top which looked perfect with the black. Sound? Sound is typical sony, which is a good thing. Very clear, great bass, tremble etc. I did not download the app that you can get on your iphone or android as we both liked the sound out of the box and didnt see a need to adjust it. Overall very impressed with them, I cannot comment on the battery as I have not tested that yet. Thank you Sony for a great product!

I can hear my background to much. But overall the headphones are ok

Won’t always connect to my Samsung tv. Sometimes you just give up

they dont sound all that good, they dont work with the iphone 10
