Purchased to use with my LG flat screen TV. Blue tooth connection works good. Easy to set up for blue tooth.

Got these for my birthday and they’re great! Can’t wait for my next airplane trip to use them on the plane.

I bought these for my husband. He said they were very comfortable but just didn’t have enough bass.

I get them for my father and are really good. Also the color blue are less expensive than the black.

Liked the audio quality, good way of listening to music and be in your own world. The only problem was that its very fragile and easy to break.

Bought for grandson. They broke where they connect the ear part to head band. Just leaned back in chair not misused.

Purchased for my son who loves these head phones. I don’t think Sony puts out a bad product.

You can't beat the sound quality for this class of headphones but they are very fragile.

No noise canceling for the price you pay!Bass sound is perfect and the good thing about this head phone is that it’s not so bulky.

Best headphones I have ever had. I can work with music AND answer the phone with minimal interruption.

They work as advertised. The optical connection to my OLED TV was simple and provides excellent quality.

Let me start off with what I really liked about the XB950B1: - Great sounding. I compared the sound quality listening to different music through both Bluetooth and plugged in via the supplied Headphone cable. I could not really hear any noticeable difference. - They are light, fit good, and are comfortable to wear for extended periods of time. Ear cups have lots of padding. - Controls are well placed and easy to use once you get the feel for where they are at on the left and right cans. - Both earpieces easily swivel 90 degrees allowing you to lie the headset flat. - Good battery life. Can listen an entire workday on a single charge. - Charges quick, even from just a PC's USB output. Things that are ok but less impressive or room for improvement: - (L) Left and (R) Right markings are printed in somewhat small print on the underside of the band about 1/2 way up. Until I got used to which was L and R this was mildly annoying. - Extra Bass feature was kind of well... meh... I found for some kinds of music it added a decent extra punch but for others it seemed to sound fake and impact sound quality. - Installed the Headphones Connect App as suggested for iOS on an iPad Mini. I found the app to really not be all that helpful. It shows the battery level, which iOS shows as well via it's battery status widget. I really didn't like the sound of the various surround modes all that much. I did find that some electronic music in Club mode sounded kind of neat but that was about it. It also gives you more control over bass boost level +- 1 through 10 than the button on the ear piece which is just on & off. Things that kept me from giving a 5-star rating: - It does not come with any type of case to carry or protect the headphones. For the price I expected to get something. I have a Skullcandy headphones that was about 1/4 the price of these that included a cloth carrying bag. - The biggest annoyance was the fact that when you plug in the micro USB into the charging port the headphones will power off and you cannot turn on or listen to while charging. If you run the battery all of the way down you are out of luck for Bluetooth and better hope you have the 3.5 cable along with you.

the bass is kind of weak and the volume is really low for me but it gets the job done

I preferred the ones with Noise Cancelling. Was uncomfy at first but later worked out.

Bought these for my dad as a gift and he absolutely loves them. I going to get myself a pair as well

My wife enjoys using the ice maker to produce ice in her spare time during the day. Product has worked well for the first 3 weeks.

These are good but not the best. The bass is okay . Also, they really don’t drown out the outside noise.

I was looking for new wireless headphones. I bought these at Best Buy based on floor agents recommendation, the Sony brand, and the cost was within my budget. I mainly bought these to use to watch TV when not wanting to disturb others and to use with my tablet. I did not have any prior experience with Bluetooth headphones. They connected easily to my Kindle Fire HD10 tablet. However I was not particularly impressed with the sound quality. The high and mid range tones were somewhat muffled in my opinion. You can download an app onto your cell phone that you can use to adjust sound quality based upon some preloaded settings, but none of those were any better at producing an acceptable sound quality. They were not usable with my TV due to the lag between video and audio. Trying to watch video without the audio being in sync is annoying. After doing research, it appears that these headphones are not low-latency which is required for audio/video sync on televisions. Due to this issue and not so impressive quality of sound, I returned these to Best Buy. They do not come with any type of storage case which is fairly common even with cheaper headphones these days.

The sound is amazing, however the ear coverage can cause the ears to get too hot after an hour.

I had a set like these for a couple of years. I use them to hear recordings, books on my phone, etc.
