I love my new headphones.. They replaced my other Sony headphones..The wireless quit working....after 2 years... I need these to wear to work or at home...for my sanity, and JOY... Makes the day go by..and just love the sound quality..the ease of pairing to your device..and they talk to you when you get it turned off or on and when bluetooth is connected...I am a fan of Sony products...and am delighted with these headphones to cancel out all the other other noise around you...and love listening to Spotify on here...without being plugged to your device...the wireless range is a pretty good distance from your device...and stay charged... i re-charge mine every evening....very happy with my purchase...

I travel around on planes a lot and work in data centers. When on a plane, I can use the cable and watch movies on the plane with active noise cancelling that silences crying babies just a few rows away. In the data center, I often have to work for 10-16 hour shifts with very loud servers all around me. This can lead to ringing in the ears and headaches. Wearing these and rocking out to music or listening to an audiobook via bluetooth with noise cancelling makes the ringing and headaches a thing of the past. I avoided spending money on headphones for years because I'm cheap. I'm mad at myself for waiting so long. Oh yeah, the sound quality is fantastic and the bass is nice!

Paid $114.99 on sale. Very easy set up. Loved the tap feature to link with my Goggle Pixel phone. Noise cancelling very good and overall sound quality great. I have owned several sets of Bose and used them on airline flights but they are twice as expensive and wired. Looking forward to traveling with the Sony set.

These headphones have excellent sound quality and noise cancelling. Tried others in store and felt these had best sound quality-even over bose. Took them on 16 hr flight and they worked really well. Very satisfied with purchase-only complaint is that they do not come with hard shell carrying case-only a cloth bag.

Replaced some older headphones with these new ones. These headphones sound great as my older ones but are much lighter. Have great design and are very comfortable.

I am working in the semiconductor field and typical 4 hours staying the lab with heavy noise. This phone is perfect fit for me. I bought similar phone last year but doesn't have noise cancelling but now with this noise cancelling and great price during the holiday. I used for more than a week and so far so good.

I knew that these headphones were expensive but I also know of Sony's reputation for quality. Case in point, the sound quality of these headphones is awesome! I especially like their noise cancelling capability. I use them to listen to my favorite tunes when cutting the lawn and I don't hear the lawnmower at all!!

These headphones blew my expectations out of the water in terms of both quality and portability. At first they might seem a bit bulky, but they fold easily and nicely to fit into any backpack or purse. The active noise cancelling is absolutely one of the greatest things about this product, it works perfectly and is perfect to immerse yourself into the music. The bass effect is great as well, with super deep and rich bass that will make any music lover happy. The only negative about the headphones is the fact that the app adds little to no added benefit, but that hardly should stop anyone from purchasing. I love these headphones and I think anyone else would love them too!

Bought these for my daughter who travels a lot. She said they are very comfortable and offer great sound.

I have had two sets of XB650's, but the XB950N1 Extra Bass phones are far superior in my opinion. They have better sound with more bass control, and other advantages like AI controlled noise cancellation, the ability to take calls on your cell phone while listening to music, and a jack and cord that allow the phones to operate both wirelessly and plugged in to devices that are not wireless like iPods, etc. Also, the jack can be used to listen to the computer while the headphones are charging. You could not do this on the 650's. The 950's are $250 headphones, and I got them on sale for $120. Watching the Best Buy sales while on line is worth the time!

Didn't think at this price point I would get a great product. Blocks out oncoming train noise to allow me to enjoy my podcasts in peace. As well as drowning out the ruckus of street noise. Great little app allows adjustments. If I had one complaint is that the green color I wanted was sold out nationwide.

The Sony XB950N1 Extra Bass Wireless Noise Cancelling Over-the-Ear Headphones work great. They are comfortable even after several hours of use and the battery holds up well. Even after a couple days of use, the battery only drops to "Battery Level Medium". The included soft bag is nice for storage and keeping the audio & USB cables from getting lost. Haven't had need for the noise cancelling portion as I work in a quiet office. Haven't tried plugging the headphones into an audio jack either yet. As a Sony product, I do not expect any problems. My XBR Trinitron tube TV lasted over 25 years - still worked when it finally went down the road.

Sony - XB950N1 Extra Bass Wireless Noise Cancelling Over-the-Ear Headphones do exactly what they say. They carry the low bass tones quite nicely, and the noise cancellation technology takes care of the peripheral noises. Together, these two technologies make the XB950N1 a great alternative to the more-expensive Bose headphones. Sound quality is phenomenal, and the build quality is as good as anything I've seen. I tried these out in the store and compared to the Bose QC25, these sounded superior. Pricing was also a point to consider, and Sony beat Bose at this point, too. These headphones are a great choice for anyone wanting great quality, superb sound, and a comfortable fit.

They are comfortable and the noise canceling option works well.

These phones sound great and the noise cancelling seems to work well. I haven't adjusted the noise reduction but it is already very good. I ride a metro train to work and the din is reduced a lot compared to a similar Sony model without the noise cancelling. The only thing I dislike is that they are supposed to be charged from a computer as there is only a charging cable and no charger adapter. This seems strange, inconvenient and frankly stupid, and might have been a deal breaker had I known before opening the box. Minus one star for that. Although a regular wall charger won't work I find that my 1.2 amp Motorola fast charger gets it done. I hope this doesn't cause damage. Having to boot up a computer just to charge the headset won't work for me.

Great sound very comfortable very good quality would recommend

Great sound with a very well accentuated bass. Noise cancelling is not the best, but good enough. And the most amazing part is the battery - goes for days with 2-3 hours of listening daily.

These headsets have great sound and feel good, great product.

Headphones are light and comfortable. The instructions were easy to follow, so set up was very easy. The sound quality is very good and the bass booster is a nice feature. I especially like the noise cancellation feature.

The head phones has a very good bass effect and it just works perfect for me... noise cancellation is also good and effective. But it looks big on the head. Overall a very good head phones functionally...
