    Got these on Sale at BB after trying Bose NC headphones. Sound in these, especially base , was as good as Bose at half the price! Easy to use controls comfortable. Nice carrier bag the fold up nicely They paired easily with all my devices. I have had regular Sony over ear headphones for 2 years and liked them. Thse work fine at loud gym and on planes

    I brought these for the noise cancelling feature so I can work in silence at my desk. Within 14 days the headphones had issues with charging and turning on. I got them replaced. The new pair broke at the swivel on the left ear where it is glued. The headphones still work but the left ear cup won't stay place and is useless. BesyBuy told me to contact Sony for repair and Sony won't repair/replace it because they deem it physical damage. I sit at a desk all day and put them on and take them off and leave them on a stand. You would literally have to take a screw driver or something to break it where it broke. I am done with Sony and these stupid headphones. A lot of was spent on this and I basically wasted it on these headphones. I am dissatisfied and angry.
