In the box you get the headphones, a soft carrying pouch, a wire for wired connection, and a micro usb cable for charging. The sound quality is very good. I love the fact that by the push of a button I am able to add a heavy base to the music. I also own beats studio headphones and I think the noise cancelling is similar or possibly slightly better. However, if you're looking for the best noise cancellation the Bose QC 35 are the best in class but also come in at a much higher price. To connect the headphones I downloaded the Sony connect app and it was very simple to connect them. I also like that fact that you are able to change the sound of the headphones using the app. The headphones are very comfortable and light weight they do not seem overly heavy. This leads me to my two biggest complaints. The first complaint is how big and bulky they are. In my own opinion I do not think they look good on my head they just seem way to large compared to most other noise cancelling headphones that have a slimmer profile. My last complaint is that the microphone quality for talking on the phone is not the greatest. It sounds like you are far away from the mic. I think that this is a problem with most wireless headphones as the mic is not directly in front of your mouth. I wouldn't recommend using them to talk on the phone all the time but in a pinch if it is needed it will definitely work. Overall these are great quality headphones and come in priced very competitively for what they offer.
