    Serious disappointment with a brand name product! For about 11 months, these were great noise-cancelling headphones, used often in flight and at home to keep my listening from interrupting other family. But all of a sudden they didn't take a charge no matter how long they were left connected. Trying all available USB ports on my computer, and a couple of hubs, made no difference. Unfortunately, but the time I could check with the Geek Squad they were out of warranty. Geek Squad advice? It would be cheaper to replace them with a new pair than to attempt to have them repaired - even if it could be done. Not what I expected from Sony, whose tech support was even more refractory. Big disappointment.

    I am not pleased that you must download Sony proprietary app to get headset to function. This means you must be on an active network. When traveling internationally, this can be a huge problem. Additionally, the noise cancellation is not great, and on a jet, the speakers are just not loud enough.
