Product sound was just okay and headphones uncomfortable for long term use.

I was pretty disappointed with these headphones. The charging cord was way too short & several other features I didn't like. I returned it and bought the Bose.

Functions as desired. Not as good as the Bose Nose Canceling Headphones.

It's a birthday present for my grandson so it's not open yet.

The sound is great but they look funny when you wear them

While the sound was good, the noise cancelling feature was not good to me. I was still able to hear conversations around me. I am also not a fan of heavy bass so these were not the best choice for me. I received the headphones as a Christmas gift and I have returned them.

I am new to wireless headphones, but these took almost no effort at all to set up. In no time, I had the headphones paired with my cellphone and was listening to streams. The headphones are light, easy on my ears, and the noise cancelling worked quite well. My only complaint is that they look a bit cheap. Of course, I don't mind if something looks a bit cheap so long as they perform beyond their looks, which these headphones do.

After purchasing this I found out that you can only charge it by a laptop or computer. You cannot charge it any other way. I will be returning it promptly. Now I know why it was discounted so much.

Headphones were excellent when first purchased, then had issues with Bluetooth connecting and finally headphones broke at the earpiece on both sides. Sony would not back their product stating it was not an quality issue but usage issue.

After using these headphones for 2 weeks, they began coming apart. I got poor service from Sony. Sound quality is decent, but poorly made headphones. I would not recommend these. I purchased Bose and I'm thrilled.

Purchased for my daughter for Christmas, after 6 mos of off and on use, the swivel that attaches to the earphone broke. Contacted Sony and they do not cover any physical damage, only sound issues.Not worth the money for this design that breaks easily.

Useless junk which I missed returning. This states none cancellation but I can even hear whispering ;) The only use that are currently serving is as a toy for my 5 year old.

These are Honorable things that I wouldn't wish upon my worst enemy. Normal price after their incredible mark- up is 260.00 for these headphones I don't think their worth 50 bucks their for sure not worth anywhere close too 260 dollar's pesos maybe but not dollars. These are suposto connect automatically when you turn them on but I have to go to settings, go to Bluetooth paired devices and hit connect often several times and after dose not work I go back to my wired headphones and forget these exist. I payed 130.00 for these and feel Im owed about 100.00 back

The largest improvement for this model for Sony's higher end noise cancelling headphone is that noise cancelling itself, this has seen the largest improvement with or without music playing through. The app in iTunes app store is fairly useless as the controls on the headphones are more than sufficient and easy to use. Bluetooth pairing was easy and a painless, simple set up. There is no quality loss by going wireless versus wired as Sony has been able to correct any issues they've had previously in the Bluetooth connection in these headphones. The only drawback is for those who have larger ears, the cups for the headphones may seem a bit tight but still very comfortable. Definitely would want recommend trying them on to ensure they fit you comfortably if possible but they do flex some to form a better fit over time. I would highly recommend them for students or professionals that are looking for a little peace and quiet in a very reasonably priced set of headphones!

I have now been through 4 sets of these and all of them have broken in the same place. and judging by a quick google search, I'm not the only one with this problem.
