I truly feel it’s a design flaw

Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have a lot of Sony products I purchased these to pair to the Bluetooth on my tv so I can watch movies without my wife yelling at me to turn it down I treat these like gold i store them on a special head phone stand and everything the arm broke after about six months I called the extended warranty that I purchased with them and unfortunately that’s not a covered repair so I was forced to epoxy them back together and they work fine but look like crap I sent a email to Sony customer service I never heard back from them I truly feel it’s a design flaw as I can see from other reviews on Amazon many people have the same issue and it’s not like these headphones are cheap when I purchased it and they were $200
