I bought this for my parents for Christmas and they loooove it!! I love it so much that I’m going to purchase one myself. It’s sturdy, it looks rich, has excellent sound, and even has lights that goes with the beat of the music. Love love love it!

Several cons: No 3.5mm in (I know that's antiquated, but for certain applications it's a must-have), hard to keep clean in dirty environments, voice notifications (batter life, connections, etc.) really annoying. I can live with these grievances, but in the future I'll probably get the bigger version.

Thank you for telling us about your experience with your XE200 speaker. We're truly glad that you like its incredible features, especially the amazing sound, easy Bluetooth pairing, and great battery life. We're sorry, but this unit doesn't feature an AUDIO IN jack. It is a Bluetooth only model. If you want to play music, you can use your smartphone and connect it via Bluetooth connection. However, our XG300 features an aux input jack for connecting devices via a 3.5mm audio cable.
By using “Sony | Music Center,” you can activate/deactivate the voice guidance associated with the remaining battery power that you hear when you turn on the speaker.

When I saw this speaker on sale I was blown away. The musicality and range of this speaker is phenomenal. You can hear every part of your favorite music high and low end, and boy does that low end rumble! Almost no distortion when using LDAC.

It charges and hold power sufficiently for my needs. Not sure if mt cell does not have enough volume or the speaker. Don't get me wrong it is loud when in a quiet place, but I use while cycling and sometimes traffic and road noise lessen the volume that i can hear. Noting that unusual extremity it is a good speaker.
