We want to make sure you are getting the most out of your speaker. By downloading the Sony Music Center app, you will find all sorts of tools to fine-tune the speaker using the built-in EQ and maximize the volume to ensure optimal listening experience. To get the most out of the volume, turn up the volume of the speaker and the connected device. You may also find different devices will perform better than others, as will different apps due to different types of audio compression and transmission. If you hear muffled sound or very low-level sound from the speaker, adjust the volume level of the BLUETOOTH device to an appropriate one, and then adjust the volume level of the speaker with the +/- (volume) buttons on the speaker.
