Good for dusty spaces

Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your Sony SRSXE300 Portable Speaker. While we're glad you appreciate the sound quality, we're sorry to hear you find the speaker doesn't get very loud as you would like. We want to make sure you are getting the most out of your speaker. Depending on the connected BLUETOOTH device, volume adjustment on the BLUETOOTH device may not change the volume level of the speaker (i.e. the (power) indicator does not flash). When the volume of the speaker sounds low, adjust the volume level of the BLUETOOTH device to an appropriate one, and then adjust the volume level of the speaker with the +/- (volume) buttons on the speaker.

By downloading the Sony Music Center app, you will find all sorts of tools to fine-tune the speaker using the built-in EQ and maximize the volume to ensure optimal listening experience. To get the most out of the volume, turn up the volume of the speaker and the connected device. You may also find different devices will perform better than others, as will different apps due to different types of audio compression and transmission.

Big sound, little speaker

A Good Bluetooth Speaker

I wish I could adjust the mid-range, treble, and bass. It could be just a lack of knowing how at this point.
