The overall volume may vary depending on the source content. Turn up the volume of the speaker and the connected device.

The sound may become low in the following cases. This is not a malfunction.

-While the speaker is running on power from the rechargeable built-in battery, the sound may become low in the event that the rechargeable built-in battery is running out of power and the CHARGE indicator flashes slowly.

-When the ambient temperature of the speaker is high.

For optimum performance, make sure to charge the built-in battery sufficiently.
