The sound may become low when the battery is low. If the sound becomes low while in use, turn off the speaker. Charge the built-in battery sufficiently. Thank you for choosing Sony!

The overall volume may vary depending on the source content. Turn up the volume of the speaker and the connected device. You also have the option to adjust the sound settings of the speaker to tailor-fit the sound quality to your needs. You may find this link helpful:

Make sure to charge the built-in battery sufficiently. The sound may become low in the following cases. This is not a malfunction.

-While the speaker is running on power from the rechargeable built-in battery, the sound may become low in the event that the rechargeable built-in battery is running out of power and the CHARGE indicator flashes slowly. This, however, does not indicate a malfunction.

-When the ambient temperature of the speaker is high.
