Make sure to charge the built-in battery sufficiently. The sound may become low in the following cases. This is not a malfunction.

-While the speaker is running on power from the rechargeable built-in battery, the sound may become low in the event that the rechargeable built-in battery is running out of power and the CHARGE indicator flashes slowly. This, however, does not indicate a malfunction.
-When the ambient temperature of the speaker is high.

Meaning it is indeed built to withstand exposure to natural elements such as dust and water.

However, we understand your concern about sound performance when there's other noise around. It's important to note that the sound performance can vary depending on the specific outdoor environment, including factors such as wind, background noise, and open spaces, which may affect the perceived loudness.

In some cases, you might find that the speaker's sound may not be as loud as desired for outdoor use, especially in noisy or wide-open areas. For optimal sound quality and performance, we recommend using the speaker primarily for indoor purposes, where environmental factors are more likely controlled, and you can fully enjoy its audio capabilities.

While we're glad you appreciate the sound quality, we're sorry to hear you find the speaker doesn't get very loud as you would like. We want to make sure you are getting the most out of your speaker. Depending on the connected BLUETOOTH device, volume adjustment on the BLUETOOTH device may not change the volume level of the speaker (i.e. the (power) indicator does not flash). When the volume of the speaker sounds low, adjust the volume level of the BLUETOOTH device to an appropriate one, and then adjust the volume level of the speaker with the +/- (volume) buttons on the speaker.
