I bought this to bring to cheer competitions. We bought one of the ones you can roll but that doesn't help when you have to go up or down stairs and it was a little too heavy for me to carry. The overall volume may vary depending on the source content. Turn up the volume of the speaker and the connected device. Make sure to charge the built-in battery sufficiently. The sound may become low in the following cases. This is not a malfunction.
-While the speaker is running on power from the rechargeable built-in battery, the sound may become low in the event that the rechargeable built-in battery is running out of power and the CHARGE indicator flashes slowly. This, however, does not indicate a malfunction.
-When the ambient temperature of the speaker is high.
Additionally, you can use the Party Connect function and Stereo Pair function to enjoy a more powerful sound.
