Battery last a lot even when charging other devices. The only thing that could make it better is if it was a bit louder but without sacrificing aound quality.

Make sure to charge the built-in battery sufficiently. The sound may become low in the following cases. This is not a malfunction.
-While the speaker is running on power from the rechargeable built-in battery, the sound may become low in the event that the rechargeable built-in battery is running out of power and the CHARGE indicator flashes slowly. This, however, does not indicate a malfunction.
-When the ambient temperature of the speaker is high.

It has excellent bass response as well as high quality in the highs and mids. The battery life is excellent. Even with LDAC, it keeps a stable connection to my phone.

Liked champ lasted the entire time on an 8-hour trip. Waterproof works didn't go deeper than 4 ft but handle dirt and water like a champ the sound didn't change or get worst love sony

Portable but packs a punch (and can take one too)

It is very user friendly and easy to connect to my devices. Is absolutely necessary and the sound carries well while I’m in the shower. Great budget friendly option for a good Bluetooth speaker. It works no matter where I am in the house, and doesn’t need charged too often. But when it does it gives me plenty of fair warning. Sometimes the sound can be a little muffled, but it’s okay because it balances well in small spaces that way. Very happy with this purchase. Would recommend.

Great product, but needs some work

You can raise the volume all the way up and it won’t fill a backyard party. It’s good for a small room, but nothing more.

Love the portability and ease of pairing with my devices. I purchased this speaker for work and play. It has been great to use near my pool this summer. Everyone in my family wants to use it. I love the lights,, but usually leave them off to conserve battery life unless it's dark enough to really enjoy them. I'm a school librarian and use this daily with my classes. My older students are currently listening to a 6 minute podcast. I also pair the speaker with my phone while I use an app that adds sound effects to my library read alouds. My class sizes are large and this speaker has allowed students to hear anywhere in the room.

Sony, never disappoint in sound

The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because there is no handle or strap. It is very difficult to transport, to be on the go. It's perfect if you just want to leave it at home. I needed a speaker to take back and forth to my home and to my restaurants kitchen. I don't have a car, so it's difficult to take with h me. I had to get a Field 1. It's so great grits size, just not that great for a professional kitchen, there are a lot of background noise, and is struggling to be louder than it. That being said I have three of these speakers for my house, it's great for surround sound. I do love the sound of it
