Excellent speaker with excellent sound

Which I loved because I used it to play nature sounds for sleeping. It broadcasts the sound nicely, filling a room. I can use all night long around 6 to 9 hours and it takes a few days before I need to charge it. There was also zero issue connecting my phone to it and the app connected immediately and there was no issues there either. It updated quick. There's nothing about this speaker that I dislike.

Overpriced and treble muffled

Compact, love the folding handle, and the volume/power is great! Now the negative, the treble is muffled out of the box, also the bass is not that deep! Not worth $350, maybe $229..even using the app to adjust the treble, its not crispy, its has too much midrange in the treble, my soundcore motion boom plus blows this out of the water! Especially for $199! I got it for $140..Sony drops the ball again..(maybe its the fabric covering the speaker)…anyways its going back…

This function can also be adjusted on the Sony Music Center app. Additionally, there is a built-in EQ that has 20 points of control for Bass, Midrange, and Treble to tailor-fit the sound quality to your needs. This is good for travel; the weight makes it easy to carry it around. Although there is noticeable latency when connecting to a computer. It's fairly durable as well.

The battery duration is actually good because i can play my favorite songs the whole day i want. With the LED lights on, its so cool. The only things i dislike on this speaker is the volume because i wantred to be more louder.

This item has definitely met my expectations. It can be VERY loud if set on max and the quality of the sound does not fall behind. It's easy to pair to your device and easy to carry around and charge.

Big Bang For The buck

Our current speaker is the size of a small carry on luggage with handle and wheels. Although this unit does not pack quite the punch as our current speaker, this unit at about 1/4 of the size puts out some pretty amazing sound quality and volume. It was more than enough for our teams to warm up to at very noisy dance competition venues. I'd defintely buy again.

Good Sound But Could Be Better

Some music sounds better than others on this unit. Sometimes the high frequencies seem missing and the middle frequencies seem a bitt muddy, while the bass can sometimes seem heavy, especially at higher volumes. It would have helped if there were equalizer (bass and treble) controls, which this unit does not have.

Great Combo of Quality/Value

Battery life is awesome, too. Since that event, we’ve taken it all kinds of places and it’s been great. Definitely an excellent speaker for the price and miles better than any of the cheaper Bluetooth speakers we’ve purchased in the past.
