Star Wars Welcomes Cyborg Speaker

After a low volume break-in of about 20 hours, the magic came alive. Using LDAC, stereo mode, streaming Tidal, and using a Sony DAP the sound was very balanced with no frequency overpowering the other. Music that was streamed went from Heavy Metal to Big Band and the speaker handled it without issue. Look elsewhere if you are looking for "It's all about the bass" The jury is still out on price vs performance. However, in this market crowded with Bluetooth speakers, this is a big gulp of fresh air

We understand your concern about the battery life not lasting as long as expected. Several factors, like volume levels, song types, temperature, and usage conditions, can impact performance. If the speaker is used at high volumes or in extreme temperatures, the battery may drain faster. Also, Battery Care mode (which limits charging to 90%) could affect overall usage time. Bigger and Badder!

Phenomenal speaker, great soundstage. I’ve had several of the JBL’s over the years that were a little smaller, and this one was is bigger and badder! We use it outside in our ”cabana” (originally a large open-sided hay shed) for bluegrass and jazz music while we barbecue, cook steaks and wings until the sun goes down. Then just carry back up to the house. I’m an audio file, and I love this thing.
