While we're glad that you like most of the features, we are sorry to hear about the issue with your unit. Sound interruption may occur in the [AUTO] (Priority on sound quality) mode, depending on the setting of your BLUETOOTH device and ambient conditions. In this case, the situation may be improved by changing the wireless playback quality setting to “Priority on Stable Connection (SBC)” for the BLUETOOTH connection quality of the speaker. Tracks recorded in high resolution may also affect the Bluetooth communication due to its large capacity. To change the settings with the buttons on the speaker, please follow the troubleshooting steps on the link below to isolate the issue.
