The sound amazing, style and quality excellent,. Sits sturdy and can play up to 10-12 hours on full charge. I have a Bose but I wanted a better system with Bass so I had really wanted Harmon Kardon or Sonos but rep put me on to the Sony 300 and I’m in love.

The sound is fantastic with a light show to boot. Make sure to charge the built-in battery sufficiently. The sound may become low in the following cases. This is not a malfunction.
-While the speaker is running on power from the rechargeable built-in battery, the sound may become low in the event that the rechargeable built-in battery is running out of power and the CHARGE indicator flashes slowly. This, however, does not indicate a malfunction.
-When the ambient temperature of the speaker is high.
