Sound quality and volume may vary depending on the source content. Turn up the volume of the speaker and the connected device. Make sure to also charge the built-in battery sufficiently. The sound may also become low in the following cases:
-While the speaker is running on power from the rechargeable built-in battery, the sound may become low in the event that the rechargeable built-in battery is running out of power and the CHARGE indicator flashes slowly. This, however, does not indicate a malfunction.
-When the ambient temperature of the speaker is high.

I had been assured by the sales representative that the item would be delivered the next day, as I had an international flight scheduled for April 14. However, instead of receiving the item, I was informed of a shipping delay with a new delivery date set for the 17th. To add to my frustration, I was surprised to discover that my order had been cancelled without prior notice. I paid in cash for this item, and now that I am abroad for an extended period, I am concerned about the refund process. I would like to request that my refund be processed to my credit card. Please let me know the necessary steps to provide my credit card information for this purpose. This entire situation has been quite disappointing, especially as the item was meant as a gift for a close friend. I would appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving this matter.
