The sound may become low in the following cases. This is not a malfunction.
-While the speaker is running on power from the rechargeable built-in battery, the sound may become low in the event that the rechargeable built-in battery is running out of power and the CHARGE indicator flashes slowly. This, however, does not indicate a malfunction.
-When the ambient temperature of the speaker is high.

It is recommended to charge the built-in battery sufficiently.

The sound quality will depend in the source, battery and environment that you're playing. We recommend using the Sony Music Center to adjust the sound settings for better audio experience.
