Thanks for sharing this honest review. We're happy to hear that you like the incredible audio lightweight design of the speaker. We also appreciate your feedback if you find the speaker doesn't get very loud while running on power from the rechargeable built-in battery. The maximum sound volume for playing music depends on whether the speaker is running on power from the connected AC outlet or from the rechargeable built-in battery. This, however, does not indicate a malfunction. To play music louder, connect the speaker to an AC outlet. Also, while the speaker is running on power from the rechargeable built-in battery, the sound may become low in the event that the rechargeable built-in battery is running out of power and the CHARGE indicator flashes slowly. This, however, does not indicate a malfunction.

If the sound becomes low while in use, follow the procedure below.
1. Turn off the speaker.
2. Charge the built-in battery sufficiently
