We've hosted several indoor and outdoor gatherings and the sound has been crystal and clear whether playing jazz, Pop, Hip Hop or R&B - this wireless speaker rocks! The quality is well worth the time and effort to find it.

Disappointing for the Price

Based on its size and MSRP, I thought I'd be blown away by the quality of this speaker. I wasn't. The speaker has great bass, and the high frequencies are present without being harsh. There, however, is where what I liked about the speaker ended. Even though the speaker can be oriented vertically or horizontally, I found the sound stage in every configuration to be rather narrow. You basically have to be standing directly in front of it in order to tell that the sound is stereo. For a spwaker of its size and weight, the volume wasn't very loud, either. Things got a bit louder when I plugged it into electricity, but I don't want to have to plug this thing in by the poolside. Ultimately, I returned the speaker and replaced it with something which is far more portable, far louder, and which has a far wider sound stage. Pros: Good Base, cool lights Cons: Not very loud for its size, narrow sound stage, far too large and heavy for its size, performs far below expectations for its price point

We got this one to replace our Sony speaker from a few years ago that was having aggravating connectivity issues, even with no obstructions. Anyways, this model sounds much better and have had 0 connection issues and the lighting sequences really complement what you’re listening to. Highly recommend to anybody in the market for one.
