If your TV doesn’t support Bluetooth for speaker but has Headphone audio out (3.5mm/Aux) port then you can utilize a headphone cable (3.5mm/aux). Also, please make sure you have downloaded the Sony Music Center app. There you will find all sorts of tools to fine-tune your SRSXP700. There is even an EQ.

The maximum sound volume for playing music depends on whether the speaker is running on power from the connected AC outlet or from the rechargeable built-in battery. This, however, does not indicate a malfunction. To play music louder, connect the speaker to an AC outlet. Make sure to turn up the volume of the speaker and the connected device.
