Power reset the unit, simply unplug the speaker and wait 1-2 minutes then plug the device back in and power on. If power reset does not work, try to initialize the speaker to resume its factory default settings.
While the speaker is turned on, press and hold the (play) button and MEGA BASS buttons until the speaker turns off (5 seconds or more).
