It also delivers clear fidelity of treble, high notes and vocals on lower volume without having to crank it up. It is versatile for party jams, or laid back listening. A true speaker, it way better than a run-of-the-mill Bluetooth cracker-box.

Thanks for sharing this honest review. We're happy to hear that you like the incredible audio and water resistant feature of the speaker. Your feedback is extremely important to us and is very much appreciated. The maximum sound volume for playing music depends on whether the speaker is running on power from the connected AC outlet or from the rechargeable built-in battery. This, however, does not indicate a malfunction. To play music louder, connect the speaker to an AC outlet. Also, while the speaker is running on power from the rechargeable built-in battery, the sound may become low in the event that the rechargeable built-in battery is running out of power and the CHARGE indicator flashes slowly. This, however, does not indicate a malfunction.
If the sound becomes low while in use, follow the procedure below.
1. Turn off the speaker.
2. Charge the built-in battery sufficiently
The XP500 is a speaker that's built to help fun-loving people make the most of their life. Whether you're relaxing in your living room or partying in your garden, the XP500 will give you a superb sound and plenty of fun features. All you have to do is choose the music. Lights give it and extra touch especially on those nights that you just want to hear some slow jams. Easy to connect to any device. Also turns off automatically if not in use. Loud and Bigger than Expected

It is as big as I expected, so I won't be carrying it around too much. It is definitely loud. We have it in our race shop which is 2400 sq ft., and you can hear it over the cars. The only problem...is it came dented. I know it wasn't Best Buy's fault, but the box looked like somebody punched in the side which in turn dented the metal mesh around the speakers. I called Best Buy and they offered to give me a new one, but I didn't want to wait the week or 2 to get it. Instead they offered to take 10% off the price, which I agreed to. Overall, I am very satisfied with the product. Very easy to hook up. There are multiple devices in the shop and it's easy to switch from one to the other.

A speaker thats loud with exceptional bass.. Love to BBQ and play some music. Battery is great, and long lasting. Sounds way better when its plugged in though, but i don’t mind. We also ordered some wireless pair of mics to karaoke. Everyone that visits now say they will purchase one as well. Great buy and would recommend.
