All you need is your cell phone then the magic happens. You can control the volume from the phone, change music selections, answer calls, etc. This is a must have to entertain yourself & others . I suggest & recommend to buy one to see for yourself this is a game changer. You cant go wrong !

The bass isn't as strong as most speakers, but I primarily don't use it for that. It gets incredibly loud and is overall a fantastic investment.

So much better battery than I expected

We lost our power form a tree falling on the lines and were without power for 2 days. While this was not a first for us, it was so much better due to the Sony XP700! Without power I was able to turn on the music and listen to my favorites for most of the time we were without power, in addition it charged our cell phones when we needed, and it went the entire 2 days playing for at least 12 hours each day and still had 40% battery when the power came back on. Now to be fair I turned off the lighting effects and we had the volume at about 20% but it was plenty and it really made a terrible situation bearable for us!

This thing really bumps. I set it up in my garage as my sole source of music entertainment. I can't turn it up all the way or it shakes the walls in my house.

Better sound that XP500

Also the app is not that easy to connect in party mode, not sure if I'm not doing something right, but take some time to make them pair together.

Absolutely Worth the Buy

This was her Christmas gift 2022 and it is Amazballs. The only downfall of it is the sheer size, the thing is bloody massive and not really a speaker to move and take with you on the go. The sound is top notch and better than the other speakers I saw at the store of this size. Also for the price it is so worth it the sound quality truly is amazing. Worth the buy, and if you are looking for a something a bit smaller there is a smaller version available with a bit more reasonable price. These units are not where the rest of the speakers are located and you will have to look around the store to find them but so worth it, a diamond in the rough.

The sound is awesome and the bluetooth always connects quickly. I cant speak to the batter life since I leave it plugged in.

Outdoor sound for movie nights

We bought it to use outdoors with our projector and being that it has a 25 hour battery usage time, that works through Bluetooth it is perfect. The sync process is fast and easy.
