I was not disappointed. It has room filling sound and is even enough for small outdoor pavilions. The SRS XP700 even has sonys party pairing feature. You could have an ensamble of compatible speakers or you could combine XP700s for a large outdoor events.

I reLly loved how versatile thebspeaker is. It works really well with my iPhone without having to download any apps even though there is an available app to enhance the experience. Very good speaker but a little heavy.

Got it for backyard parties and it doesn’t disappoint. I’m even using it indoors because of its rich sound. Great Outdoor Bluetooth Speaker

The battery last a long time, is quick and easy on the Blue-Tooth connection, and cranks out the music with great bass, highs and lows, and the volume exceeds my needs when out in the pool or just working outside on projects. I am not disappointed. The one inch tweeter in the top rear is a plus. I don't use the mega bass. For me it's just not necessary. The sound quality is way much better than the previous models. I've only used it on my deck and my neighbors can't believe how loud and clear the sound is. I haven't used the app yet. I really like the new design.

Great speaker for indoors and out
