Awesome return policy from best buy where if you dont like the sound or if they dont pair well together with other ones you can try out a different one. Ended up taking this on a hike 5+ miles and wasnt that bad lugging it around as it is probably less than 50 lbs.

Quality is great, I was in between this speaker and the JBL competitor, honestly I think the Sony sounds better and the bass is awesome! Highly recommend this product any day of the week!

Our X-Balance Speaker Unit features an almost rectangular diaphragm, for an increased surface area compared to conventional speaker units. The 140 mm x 140 mm larger woofer unit gives clear and deep bass sound.

It does sound better when plugged in. Battery life is most impressive with moderate use and sound at 50% it gives at least 3 days of playback on a full charge. The application with controls is very easy to use.

Never got it up over 40% as far as volume as my wife is upstairs on a work call. Just ordered a second one to pair with it, these will replace our old wireless Monster speakers for parties and outdoor movies. Will update or add a new review after I test out the speaker grouping feature and BT range.

The unit will charge fast and run on battery power alone which is handy. You can turn on the lights or keep them off. It also has a lot of bass which you can turn off the bass boost too. I love it.
