We appreciate the feedback on the volume; for maximum loudness, always ensure your source device is at full volume, and note that the speaker's loudest output is generally achieved when it is plugged directly into a wall outlet rather than running solely on battery power.

We're sorry to hear you find the speaker doesn't get very loud. We want to make sure you are getting the most out of your speaker. To get the most out of the volume, turn up the volume of the speaker and the connected device. You may also find different devices will perform better than others, as will different apps due to different types of audio compression and transmission.

Our X-Balance Speaker Unit features an almost rectangular diaphragm, for an increased surface area compared to conventional speaker units. The 140 mm x 140 mm larger woofer unit gives clear and deep bass sound.
