    A solid choice. Base good, sound quality is clear. For large indoor gatherings the speaker does struggle to be heard above the crowd. But as i got this for a great deal, not as big of a complaint.

    I like it. The sound is great and the other features are cool too. I haven’t figured out how to shut off the auto shut off when it’s not used for 5 min but also like that too bc it saves the battery

    A great buy but not really for a bigger outdoor use. Works great and has a good sound indoors. A good product for Sony but gor ao.e reason to me it sounded louder in the store.

Regarding the outdoor use, this unit is designed for that purpose. It falls under the category of wireless speakers and supports functions such as Party Connect, which makes it suitable for outdoor parties and events. If the sound is low than you expected you can try to update the Sony | Home Entertainment Connect / Sony | BRAVIA Connect app to the latest version, and also make sure that the speaker and the source device are not connected via Low Energy (LE) mode. If connected via LE mode, the Bluetooth connection may fail, or the sound may not output from the speaker even after the device is paired. To confirm the connection status, check the device name on the Bluetooth® setting on the source device. If the connected device name is displayed with LE_ (for example LE_HT-AX7), pair and connect with the device name without LE_ (for example HT-AX7).
