    This speaker has excellent sound, but I found it was too large for what I wanted. Not really easy to be relocated due to weight. It really depends on what your needs are for the speaker.

    while testing this particular product in the store, it seemed to be a good fit for what we needed it for.. however, after getting home & testing it out for ourself, we are both highly disappointed! Especially for the dollar amount paid. The performance just isn’t adding up. Which leads me to believe the display in the store HAD to be synced to another speaker to be as loud we heard the song playing as the associate assisted us & talked us into the purchase.

We understand that the performance has not met your expectations, and we acknowledge your concern regarding the speaker's volume when powered by the built-in rechargeable battery. The maximum sound volume for playing music depends on whether the speaker is running on power from the connected AC outlet or from the rechargeable built-in battery. This, however, does not indicate a malfunction. To play music louder, connect the speaker to an AC outlet. Also, while the speaker is running on power from the rechargeable built-in battery, the sound may become low in the event that the rechargeable built-in battery is running out of power and the CHARGE indicator flashes slowly. This, however, does not indicate a malfunction.

      If the sound becomes low while in use, follow the procedure below.
      1. Turn off the speaker.
      2. Charge the built-in battery sufficiently

      For the sound quality, we recommend using the Sony Music Center app to adjust the equalizer settings to your preference. This can significantly enhance your listening experience.
