For such a small speaker it really sounds good!

As soon as I took the speaker out of the box and turned it on without plugging it in, (which means it's pretty much charged write out the box) equipment connected to the Bluetooth on my phone right away, which I thought was great! I Immediately started playing music from my phone with different bass and treble to see the difference and how is sound it and if anyone saw was distorted! Is unbelievable how clear everything sounded with a nice deep bass on every single song! I love the speakers I have the lights the flash with the music and make you feel like you're in a disco! I also downloaded the Sony app to see if there was any type of EQ that I could use for the speakers. And the app actually does have settings to adjust the sound, but it didn't sound too good to me so I just like to keep it as is. Maybe Sony were at a little more sophisticated Setting in the future. The only problem I found for a person of my height being 6 foot 4 inches tall, is that if I decide I wanted to transport the speaker to another place, I would have to carry it everywhere I went. Even though it has the wheels on the back, it doesn't have an extension for me to pull out and pull it like the other speakers. The speak isn't that heavy though, and as long as it's short distances, it won't really be much of a problem. When I first decided to get this speaker, I thought the price was a little too high, until I got the speaker and listen to it for a few days, and now don't have a problem with the price because the sound is phenomenal! This speaker doesn't have a overpowering base to it, but I'm pretty sure you'll really enjoy the entire sound!

Thank you for considering Sony products. We sincerely apologize for the difficulties you are experiencing while using the Stereo Pair function with your SRS-XV800.
To enjoy wireless music playback using two speakers in Stereo Pair mode, please ensure that you have the Sony Music Center app installed. Then, follow the steps outlined below.
1. Update the pre-installed software on each speaker to the latest firmware version, either 3900 or 1500, to enable proper connectivity and functionality.
For more information and to download the update, visit: https://www.sony.com/electronics/support/speakers-wireless-speakers/srs-xv800/software/00296564.
2. Make sure that the two speakers you want to connect for the function are located within 1 m (3.2 ft) of each other.
3. Stop music playback if it is in progress.
After completing these steps, you can now configure the Stereo Pair function using the Sony Music Center app.
