Great speaker if it's not defective

Reason for the 3 stars. It started shutting off for no reason. Return it to Sony for a replacement. Hopefully this new one won't have the same issues.

The sound does not sound like it does in the store. You have to use the equalizer in the app to adjust it to your liking. It still doesn’t have the clarity and loudness as it did in the store. Not sure if they use an amp or not. Also, it doesn’t work as well as I had expected with the t.v. Watching a movie or on YouTube. My JBL sound bar is way…….. better! Other than that, great for karaoke or with a small gathering.
