We regret to hear that you are having issues with our XV900 as Karaoke speaker to output mic audio and music at the same time. You can actually output mic and music at the same time with our Sony XV900 using the Fiestable app and select Karaoke mode. Unfortunately, we can no longer guide you or troubleshoot the issue. We hope you still consider Sony in your future purchase.
