Best vlog camera yet!!

Sony definitely niched down and focused completely on making a camera that isn’t heavy and can be used for hours on end without being “heavy”. The deal breaker is that you will definitely need a couple spare batteries if you plan on shooting all day. Other than that, amazing camera!

Amazing Camera Video Looks Great

They love it and are having a blast. The flip out screen is fantastic and I wish my a6500 had it... Maybe someday Sony. Video quality is awesome too. Lightweight and small and a breeze to use. Lens does not zoom out far enough for vlogging in my opinion but it works.

The lens quality could be better. Nonetheless, it is a great, entertaining camera!

Great camera

Wish it had a longer lasting battery life and a AC adapter that could be plugged into to do longer recording. I solved these two problems by purchasing additional batteries and a dummy battery charger that plugs into my computer. I would definitely recommend this camera.

I am still learning all the features, but it has a high quality lens and works well with my iPhone, iMac and even my iPad. I can transfer photos quickly and use them for my art reference.

Great camera for beginners

It’s been so easy to use and fun figuring out all it has to offer. My videos have been 100 x better then that I use to take from my phone alone. I am very happy with it so far and can’t wait to keep it up!

I'm very enjoying using it wherever I go and I even notice when I walked around the shopping center a lot of people looking at it. This Sony zv1 is small but has a lot of functions and it's great for youtuber people. Picture is clear and also the sound. I would recommend it to everyone

A little pricy but it is not as bad as it could be. It works as intended and it does it well. My only complaint is the mount placement to the battery. BUT that was fixed on the new ZV-1.

Little powerhouse

Don’t use the video features but wanted a compact camera better than my phone. Battery life is my only complaint.

Exceeded lofty expectations

The video quality has far exceeded our expectations (and they were high to begin with). The on-board audio is also very good. Was going to immediately buy an external mic, and will in the near future, but it is not necessary out of the box for our use. Well done, Sony.

Amazingly capable

Shooting in 4k and crop it in post is what I love about it. Very capable for its size, not to mention the ultra slow motion of 960 fps in slow motion mode.

Great Camera!

It's great quality and makes my videos look absolutely amazing. It automatically adjusts the lighting so amateurs like me can record without the footage looking crazy. Needs a better zoom in and out
