Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I switched to this from a Canon Rebel SL2 with the kit lens, this is FAR superior in lowlight situations and has a clean HDMI output that allows for autofocus with an elgato cam link, highly recommend for people looking to upgrade streaming camera. However, if you’re going to use it as a webcam, just spend the extra $100-$200 on a camlink as well otherwise your quality won’t be nearly as good as it could be.

Best camera for vlogging !!!

The focus is amazing, the videos are clear and the sound is great. I would recommend buying a plug-in microphone if you want a louder sound. This camera is great for beginner content creators and vloggers.

Awesome little camera for vlogging!

The quality is outstanding and I absolutely love the blurred background effect - so handy and quick. If you're further away from the camera, you may want to use a mic, but overall, I really love it.

Battery life could be better but it’s not too bad. Features zoom, face smoothening, stabilization. I would say it’s worth it if you’re looking to vlog or even just document a trip with videos or photos.

ZV-1 Camera---Small but Mighty

Sound quality is excellent using the built-in microphone. However, the 3.5 audio port for audio for adding a Lavelier MIC or wired external MIC is a key feature. Other less expensive cameras do NOT have this feature.

It offers so many features that I have to keep watching YouTube tutorials to figure out how to use each one of them. It's very easy to use and its response to any command is super fast. I love the defocus feature which allows you to blur the background with the click of a button, the stabilizing feature and also the product showcase function. It's a pretty incredible camera for vloggers.
