I love the camera, it is a good way to start. I watched a lot of videos on how to use it but so far so good. I love Best Buy and gettting things there

This camera is great! It has a skin smoothing filter, is easy to use, and has a good quality microphone. The only thing I recommend is buying extra batteries for it.

I recently purchased this camera to no longer use my iPhone for videos that go on my YouTube channel. I researched it a lot before purchasing and it is an amazing camera. I took it recently on a family vacation trip to Mexico and the camera quality is superb. The functionality and practicality of it is amazing for the price. The camera is easy to use. One draw back is if you get any kind of water or exposed to humidity, you're going to have to deal with a foggy lens until it dries up. The camera does not have the ability to mount other lenses but if you're shooting for vlogs and non zooming videos, it works amazing

This has been a great camera. Loved it. Recently traded it in for a ZV-E10 for the extra features but this was still a solid camera.

I initially wanted the Canon GX7 camera but after seeing the price I couldn't justify paying that amount for a camera. I then did a whole lot of research on cameras that compares to the Canon GX7 and after days of researching I decided to go with this Sony ZV-1 20.1 megapixel digital camera. So happy I decided to go this route instead. Camera quality and features are so amazing, this camera is definitely worth the price and without breaking the bank. 10/10 recommend this camera.

This was a Bday present for my daughter who is really into photography and her boyfriend does some professional photography as well. It’s a great all around camera that takes good outside photos and video and inside as well under lower light conditions. My daughter is very pleased with the quality of the images and that it’s compact enough so she doesn’t always have to lug around her large digital SLR all the time now. It would have been nice if it came with an SD card but outside of that, no complaints so far.

I took it for my trip to Peru and I definitely loved it. Record and shoot some excellent photos!!!. I loved it completely !!!

First off, I returned it and purchased an Sony a6400. My usage is mainly video and the ZV-1 was nice but limited because you can’t change the lens. Also, for me the big negative was not being able to get at the memory card without removing it from the base when it is mounted on a tripod. That alone was enough to return it because it is a big workflow killer. It has lots of great features. Takes great video if you can get the lighting right. It is small and light weight, the swing out screen is nice and can be flipped to protect the screen when it your pocket. No viewfinder.

I decided to purchase a ZV-1 for myself because I was familiar with this camera from when we got these for run-and-gun cameras for my job to create training videos and take pictures of the products. Out of all the Sony ZV lineups, this is still my favorite right zoom range, easy to do video, and take photos—a small camera to take on trips. The bad, not weather or dust sealed but otherwise a fun camera

Been using this Camera for over two years now as a webcam. This camera is fantastic! Quality is really good! I also plan to take it with me when I travel to get some high quality photos!

Bought this camera as a bday gift and she loves it the quality is great and it’s easy to use it’s very light without a lense.

Out of the box, very easy to use. However, menu can be confusing. Watch some YouTube videos to learn more about its settings. Microphone is better than iPhone with option to add an external mic. One negative would be the battery door. When using a tripod, battery can't be opened. As a result, be sure to purchase a cage which gives an option for battery door to be opened. Best feature—using USB cable to livestream! Be sure to update the camera's firmware to 2.0. Have fun!!!

Small and compact. Image quality in video looks better than my a6600 in 4K 24FPS. Easy and intuitive control with good color science.

Love this camera the 1080p quality on this thing blows up really nice on bigger screens looks like 4k. The 4k is also nice but I don't use it as much since 1080p looks nice and saves on data. It is super nice and portable. The battery lasts a decent time. I've used it to record multiple takes for about 3 hrs? before needed to change the battery. Not bad for the tiny battery. The mic is also really good. Lot's of settings and autofocus is fire. I do recommend.

The video and image quality are notably Sony, but the settings to get this camera how you want it to be are finnicky and slightly cumbersome. I see the M2 version seems to address some of them, but I find similar image quality in an iPhone 14 Pro Max, which is much easier to use. Hands down, though, the product showcase setting is remarkable!

This camera needs no introduction, and is probably the most popular "blogging" camera out there, and for good reason. For the price, this thing rivals bulky cinema cameras that would set you back thousands just 10 years ago. It's also extremely easy to use, so bridges the gap between enthusiast cameras and phone cameras. Highly recommended.
