    Overheat disable feature not working.

    This camera has a feature which shuts it off if reaches a high temperature. It also allows the user to disable this feature. The disable 'overheat' feature did not function on this camera; kept shutting down during a very important interview.

      Thank you for sharing your experience with the ZV1 camera. We apologize if the camera kept on shutting down during an important interview. This is a security feature programmed in the camera to prevent internal damage because of overheating. The feature is activated when the internal temperature reaches a certain level. There are suggestions to help you use the camera longer before it shuts down automatically. One is setting the Auto Power OFF Temp. function to High, using a fast memory card, and using a tripod while recording or streaming. Thank you again for sharing your experience.

    Great little video camera for YouTube. Whether it is an add on to your current setup or your first camera for your production. It is a great addition. Don't forget to purchase a memory card. I added a SmallRig fram which is very helpful as well.

    Finally! A good camera for vlogging. Looking forward for my travel this coming April to Bali and Thailand. Can't wait to post my 4k clips. This camera is light, perfect for my gear collection. This is now my go-to camera when I travel.

    I absolutely love this Camera for vlogging. This quality is rich and the focus is super quick. The zoom quality is great too I used the zoom feature and then resized it for Tiktok content and the quality was sharp no distortion or fuzziness

    camera is great but lowkey needed to get a attached LED to get better lighting and can’t get better lighting & it over heats when filing close to 30mins videos or more

    The battery life on this is so horrible. It charges for hours only to work for maybe one day Also you have to purchase flash separately

    This is a great camera for streaming. If you're looking for a high-end, durable/reliable camera, look no further. I was so impressed, I purchased a second one for my Zoom sessions, as I have a picture-in-picture setup.

    Not compatible with MAC

    2 stars because I love other Sony products. Base on the reviews about issues with MAC, I will not be keeping this Sony camera since I have a MAC laptop. It could be a good camera for other compatible systems

You just have to set the camera to Mass storage by going to the MENU → (Setup) → [USB Connection] → then choose Mass Storage. With this, your computer should be able to recognize the folder location in your memory card the images and videos are stored. If you need assistance, please contact us at 239-245-6360.     Defective battery

    Battery completely died after 2 months of purchase. Went to Best Buy and they said they couldn’t replace it, after customer service online said they could do that for us? And we had an ID number…

    Sony ZV-1 Overheats

    The Sony ZV-1 is a decent camera HOWEVER if you need to shoot continuous video for longer than 10 mins it will overheat and shutdown. You can help by setting the AutoOff Temp setting to high but it will still shutdown at some point

High-quality movie recording and high-speed continuous shooting require large amounts of power. Therefore, if you continue to shoot, the temperature inside the camera will rise, especially that of the image sensor. In such cases, the camera will turn off automatically because the surface of the camera is heated to a high temperature or the high temperature affects the quality of the images or the internal mechanism of the camera.     Wanted to love this camera as it came highly recommended but unfortunately the camera I received wasn't in working order and I needed an immediate replacement so I went with a different camera. Heard great things about this one so I'm sure if you try it and get a good one you may like it.

    I cant recommend this camera unless you really want to take selfies. The worst thing is that the lens cannot be changed. Not the best for a variety shooter or a family camera.

    Terrible camera

    Terrible camera, always overheats, sent in for repairs during warranty for same issue and manufacture did a micky mouse repair till the warranty expired and it is doing the same thing again. Save your money and buy something else because this camera was supposed to be the best but it’s not! Purchased myself, paid for myself, my honest opinion.

    Extremely Long Shipping Time

    Unfortunately, I cannot properly review my product because I have been waiting on it to arrive for almost a month since my order date. I made my online order on 01/03/2022. My product was lost and I had to have another product shipped on 01/27/2022, and now I just hope I do not have to wait another month for my product that was re-shipped. This experience has given me the impression that I should not make anymore purchases with Best Buy, if I don’t want to wait a month or more to receive my order. Very disappointed.
