I like that I didn't have to purchase a "dummy battery" as well. I use this with an Elgato Camlink 4k Capture Card, and it really produces great quality videos.

The image-stabilization and quality microphone allows you to make high quality recordings on the go. It's a great tool to create amazing content.

Get a frame and external battery, then no problem with battery life. Rather than, great quality 4k capacity, smart focus, mirror screen are great.

Perfect streaming/Youtube cam. Focus is fast and precise with a very crisp and clear picture.

It OVERHEATS after 20 mins of shooting In 4K

I’m in an air conditioned room… still - 20 mins and it will shut down mid take and I have to let it cool for an hour to be cool enough to do that again. I want to love this camera - the quality is great and it’s small and versatile and just really great (and I’m a visual snob)… but if I can’t get it to work for even one hour of shooting - then what does all that matter?! I just need it to do it’s ONE JOB! I even bought it twice thinking that the first time the issue was that my item was an open box item - but even the newer, more expensive new version does the same. I now bought like $200 worth of additional accessories to try to avoid the issue. Which also makes this camera no longer portable, but reliant on an outlet at least and possibly an outlet and computer connection (apparently fast SD cards also get hot). So get ready for all that. I feel like $1000 puts me in a whole other bracket of camera choices that I wasn’t previously even considering. Try it for yourself and pay attention to your “return by” date.

High-quality movie recording and high-speed continuous shooting require large amounts of power. Therefore, if you continue to shoot, the temperature inside the camera will rise, especially that of the image sensor. In such cases, the camera will turn off automatically because the surface of the camera is heated to a high temperature or the high temperature affects the quality of the images or the internal mechanism of the camera. Disappointing

Also I hate the app to transfer the picture, it takes literally 10 minutes to send a 15 second video to my smartphone. Would have never guessed that something like this would happen buying a new camera in 2023
