Good camera

Okay vlogging camera

I love the quality, the focus, and the overall appearance of videos. I don't like how it is so cropped, especially when shooting in 4k. It also over heats quickly and doesn't have the best battery life

Overheats & Shuts off in 5 min. when 4k recording

However, the batteries die very quickly and the camera over heats after 5 minutes of 4k recording. For the amount of money this thing costs, it should last longer. You can't do too much with it since it dies so quickly. I use about 3 batteries every time I record for my YouTube channel. It's annoying.

We understand that the battery capacity is small and doesn't last that long, especially when you record videos. However, there are different options to expand the battery capacity allowing you to record longer. One of them is using external power supply. For the camera overheating after 5 minutes of recording, you can set the Auto Power Off Temp. setting to High. Go to MENU → (Setup) → [Auto Power OFF Temp.] →High.

Beautiful disaster
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Its a beautiful camera, takes amazing quality pics and vids but you cannot stream with it because it overheats which i didnt know this until i tried streaming with it myself and you cant just plug it into your pc and download your video's or pictures you have to buy a whole other object to connect to your pc to then download :( The Camera is good if you're only vloggin and have the money to buy the extra piece that it needs to download your vids.

Please keep in mind that ambient temperature and camera storage can affect the possible how long you can record. Please make sure the Auto Power OFF Temp. feature is set to high to help you get a longer recording time. The options is under MENU → (Setup) → [Auto Power OFF Temp.].
