Failed at 1 Month
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been a Canon and Panasonic camera owner for years. Their cameras just keep on going and going. I wanted a more updated camera that was a point and shoot so I gave the Sony ZV-1 a shot. I ordered it a month ago online for a family vacation this week. I got it out Saturday and set it up and all seemed ok. I tried it today and it is dead. I called Sony and they wanted me to send it back to them for repair. They suggested that I contact Bestbuy for a replacement. I called Bestbuy and guess what. The said that they couldn't help me and want me to contact Sony back. Bestbuy said that I could bring it into a store but if they repair it they will charge me. I have been a Bestbuy credit card holder for 30+ years. To conclude do not buy this Sony camera if you want a camera that you can depend on. Poor product quality and poor customer service. Bestbuy customer service is no better.

Good video ok camera

Pic come out good would use iphone 13 camera i stead for photos

Best point and shoot for short vlogs

The only problem is that it has a capped amount of time for recording in 4k. If you want to shoot a video longer than 20 minutes in 4k, you will not be able to do so. Otherwise, this point and shoot camera is amazing!

Great purchase

The shipping was fast. One of the best features on this camera is that the camera lens turns around and your are able to see exactly what your recording.

The battery lasted maybe 30m-1hr & after that it would just die w no warning..

I like that I didn't have to purchase a "dummy battery" as well. I use this with an Elgato Camlink 4k Capture Card, and it really produces great quality videos.
