Great camera for content creators. I love using this camera on a tripod for interviews as i can flip the screen so i can verify we are in frame. Also works on a selfie stick/gimbal. I use an external mic.

love this camera keep in mind to always have an extra battery with you, I YouTube how to put the best setup for blogging and whatever setting they recommended made my battery die even faster. I'm not a pro with camera but that happen whited I thought that something was wrong with my camera but there was nothing wrong with it. all I did was reset it and was working perfectly. other then that I love this camera.

Got this camera due to they myriad of online meetings I'm in now that I'm working from home all of the time. The camera has many of the same features as my a6600 so it was easy to get started with. Record quality is top notch and setup was simple. Tons of youtube videos out there for anyone interested. This camera is a drastic improvement over my laptop and usb cameras. Extremely happy with the purchase!

Created content for the good part of 6 months, and this camera was the essential part of everything. Product showcase worked wonders with not having to worry about focusing on product and refocusing on the face afterwards, it was automatic and did an amazing job. Also the built in filter for the sun was a really nice feature. I would definitely buy again

I normally use Panasonic cameras for video, but this little Sony has some very useful features that make quick content creation so much easier. The autofocus alone is a game changer compared to what I’m used to and the simplicity makes me want to just keep it with me all the time. It really is small enough to fit in your pocket and the onboard audio is more than adequate if you don’t need pristine sound.

The video it shoots is great, and after you learn the interface, taking photos is pretty decent. Could use a software uodate to make it more intuitive and include the use if the touch screen more.

LOVE THIS CAMERA SO MUCH! I waited for three months to write a review on it. It's amazing! The 4k quality is perfect! You can even capture in slow-motion and get a cinematic shot. The audio isn't bad, there has been reviews on YT that say the audio is crispy..don't believe the hype on that lol. The audio is just right! Overall this is just an amazing camera for anyone! Especially for beginners !

I’ve been wanting a vlogging camera for so long, and this was the best fit. This camera is very easy to use for beginners like me. I also got this for a relatively cheap price so I’m super happy about the purchase. Definitely recommend this to anyone that needs a camera for daily uses, either just taking pictures or recording videos.

I wanted to star Vlogging with a good camera. After a lot of research I decide to purchase this camera and I can't explain how satisfy I am. All the settings already preset if you are a beginner like me or if you already a pro you can also create your own settings. The big plus was the magic skin setting !! does't matter if you have a bad day you will ALWAYS look good.

Where do I begin? I am inlove with this vlog camera quality! I love the modes on it. I love that I can connect it to my phone and laptop using an app. A really good camera to start with if you are new to photography and videography!

I love this camera!! Being a Vlogger and all I ever used was a Gopro for youtube. I love that it comes with a dead kitten for the inter microphone. But to where I can also use my own microphone on camera and the mic not covering the frame due to the scene being on the side now. Totally worth that money. They were thinking about Vloggers first before photographers.

The Sony ZV-1 is an amazing camera for photos and vlogging for beginner content creation. Great quality overall, only con is the battery is pretty weak. I suggest you buy 2-3 more batteries.

It’s a great beginner camera, although i’ll say i wish there were more options on the camera it’s pretty basic, especially for the price. but on the other hand it is very easy to figure out and work with

Build/Packaging The camera feels sturdy and solid. The packaging is good, but lacks any “normal” accessories such as a camera strap. Photo The camera takes crisp photos and has plenty of manual and automatic settings to get the best photo possible. Video The 4K videos look amazing. Very high quality videos can be captured. Audio Using the built in audio (and wind adapter) the audio is very good. I used a wired and wireless mic to plug into the 3.5mm connection and actually found it to make the audio worse. It sounded muffled. Technology The camera has an app to gain access to control the camera remotely, offload pictures and videos, and other control. Personal experience All of the above are great reviews, but I encountered a significant issue. While inside (in air conditioning) and using the remote video control, the camera said it was overheating after a 90 second video. The camera shut off. It wouldn’t power back up. It may have just been a defective unit, but I wanted to pass along my experience.
