I'm not a pro with camera but that happen whited I thought that something was wrong with my camera but there was nothing wrong with it. all I did was reset it and was working perfectly. other then that I love this camera.

And the picture and video quality are great. That's why I gave 2 stars instead of 1. This camera DOES NOT live up to its hype. Unlike other high quality cameras, it boasts that it is essentially for vlogging purposes. My expectations for a vlogging camera would be EXCELLENT battery life. This camera is exactly the OPPOSITE. I did not have the ability to record in succession with this camera. Either it shut down because the battery died, or it shut down because the camera/ battery over heated. And this was not just a one time occurrence, this was EVERY TIME!!! Don't waste your money with this camera. You are better off getting a more traditional camera or camcorder. Sony disappoints with this one. I ended up returning this and replacing it with a more expensive camera. The replacement was open box, and Sony as well.... but is a MUCH better investment!!!

For those aspiring videographers and/or entry level photographers. This gives you the novice experience that you need to continue your aspirations without breaking the bank. Biggest Part about learning the camera will be the Aperture, ISO, and Shutter Speed Values you need. There are ways to getting lenses to fit on this device as well. And what's cool is a lot of the lenses you can get will fit some of the future cameras You might get as well.

Great photos and videos for close up or within 10 yards. A newer Samsung or iPhone has a better quality from further away. Good photos with limited light and are better than most phones. I think it's a great camera for $500, NOT $750 as listed!

Fabulous Vlog Cam

After a lot of research I decide to purchase this camera and I can't explain how satisfy I am. All the settings already preset if you are a beginner like me or if you already a pro you can also create your own settings. The big plus was the magic skin setting !! does't matter if you have a bad day you will ALWAYS look good.

I love that it comes with a dead kitten for the inter microphone. But to where I can also use my own microphone on camera and the mic not covering the frame due to the scene being on the side now. Totally worth that money. They were thinking about Vloggers first before photographers.

I love using this camera on a tripod for interviews as i can flip the screen so i can verify we are in frame. Also works on a selfie stick/gimbal. I use an external mic.
