Don’t purchase it.

And I’m not entirely sure if it was worth the money. I was indecisive between this and the canon g7x and I was better off going with the canon camera. This camera doesn’t have an integrated flash so it’s not that great for low to dark light settings. The pictures aren’t as crisp and clear as I expected them too. It is a bit heavy to carry around. Video quality is alright, you’re better off recording on your phone. If I could return it I definitely would.

An Ok, but Overrated Camera with Several Flaws.

It overheats after about 1/2 hr of continuous filming (this was indoor filming, not even outside) and once it does it takes awhile to cool down before you can use it again. My other issue was it didn't play nicely with my Macbook. iPhoto, nor iMovie automatically recognize the SD Cards. I had to manually go in and find the "raw" files on the card. It wasn't hard to find them, once you know where to look, but just annoying.

I make content for YouTube so video clarity is a huge deal for me. I suggest this camera if you’re using it to vlog. The only downside is how shaky the camera footage ma be while walking, but that’s nothing a gimbal can’t fix.

Great point and shoot except for.
