    Pictures go straight into jpeg and can make it harder to export and can make the photos worse.

    I really wish I could give a better review for the camera given I received the empty box in Best Buy still hasn’t done anything about it after canceling the item from my order and promising getting me a refund. I still haven’t gotten anything and it’s been over a month later so take that gamble if you will

    Horrible experience. The camera stopped working within 2 months of purchase. I had been busy at work, so missed the return window. Geek Squad didn't do anything. It won't read the memory card. 2 months!!

    It’s amazing when outside daylight. I didn’t review the details and wasn’t aware that it didn’t have flash. I’ve heard it’s better for recording and I was looking for something specifically for pictures. I missed my return date :(

    The camera is alright for starting off. The video quality and the exposure is kinda bad but it’s sort of me getting what I’m paying for. I just recommend starting off on a phone and moving forward, splurge on that professional camera

    Personally I think this cam could be better with graphics. Could be much cleaner and clearer. Will be selling it for a more upgraded version .

    Got for my wife to take pictures of items to sell online. Still pictures on camera came out dark and low quality. Ended up returning and just using iPhone camera which is far superior.

    This little camera does it all. The picture quality and recording quality is the best. Will be going to NYC for the ball drop and will be Vlogging and recording.

    It is a good camera, but I did not know that when buying open box fair you do not receive all the items, I usually buy in that condition on Amazon and I always received everything

    Doesn’t have a flash and it doesn’t adjust well enough to take photos w/o one. The app that transfers/connects your camera to your phone is somewhat glitchy too.

    I’m only writing this review because I want that 400 dollars gift. Honest opinion I regret buying this camera. I take better pictures and video with an iPhone 14 camera. Now let’s get back to the 400 dollar gift card, I need this! I never won anything in my life, actually I should get compensated for buying that piece of peep camera, I wish I could return it but my toddler ripped up the box and I’m stuck with it. You win some, you lose some… but you live to fight another day

    Flash isn’t included and can has cold shoe, meaning no flash attachments will be compatible with it. Wish I could return it.

    Bought to use as a vlogging camera but the transfer process takes too long ( 50+ min videos) I prefer the convenience of my phone where I can edit within the app
