Takes nice JPEGS, but doesn't support RAW.

I went with the Sony because it was cheaper. Although this camera does take nice images, I wish it was able to take RAW images as well. I will be returning this back, and purchasing the Canon G7 X.

Best bang for your buck!

I will solely be using it for streaming (which is fine for 4k @30fps. Also, you can can shoot s-log 3 for color grading in post. If needed, there is a 40.5mm thread to add a variable ND filter to utilize your DOF while shooting video at your desired ISO or shutter speed. Fun little and useful camera.

The video quality and stabilization is great, and having a touch screen conpared to previous models is so nice. I don't recommended this for pictures, but it can do the job if needed

If you download the Sony creators app you can control it from your phone. I’ve had a little trouble uploading photos to my phone from the camera because the connection isn’t always great. Otherwise it is an easy camera to use, especially in auto-shoot mode.
